My French test went pretty well today. It was a lot easier than I was expecting. I spent some time memorising the different forms of 'to be' (e.g. 'je suis', 'tu es', 'il/elle a'), 'to have', 'to make' etc, thinking that I would need to be able to recall them from memory. As part of my born-again plan to freaking lose weight, I went downstairs to swim at 4 p.m. My swimming pool is situated between the two blocks of apartments that make up my condominium, and parallel to the pool are rows of parking lots. The shower is right next to the walkway that leads to the parking lots.

I know I said I'd sleep until 2 but I found myself awake at 8.30 a.m. thinking about the results and subsequently found myself dreaming of my results. I saw 2 C's and I freaked out and at 11.25 a.m. I decidedly dragged myself out of bed, switched on my laptop, and checked.
